The brewery opened in July 2015 next door to Basil\u2019s restaurant, operating in 1,200 square feet with three 10bbl fermentation tanks. We started mobile canning in March 2017 and were operating at maximum capacity. Booneshine needed more space to continue growing. Booneshine acquired the East Boone property in late 2017. We immediately saw the potential for both brewing operations and the tasting room and restaurant. By mid-2018, brewing operations moved to East Boone along with more than double the fermentation capacity. The tasting room and restaurant opened in July, 2019. In March 2020 we purchased a food truck, built seating, and the High Country\u2019s largest outdoor beer garden was born. Today the beer garden is host to trivia nights, music, private parties and has become a place to meet with old and new friends.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Since opening our doors in Copperhill, Tennessee in September of 2018, we have built an amazing culture of locally brewed craft beer, ultra-friendly staff, and a dedicated following of locals and visitors that cannot be matched. Foothills is a brewpub and self-distributing microbrewery. The company sells draft only product all over North and South Carolina. Foothills has won 3 medals at the GABF and 2 medals at the World Beer Cup since opening.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Forgotten Road Ales, a small craft brewery sits in the heart of North Carolina in Graham. We specialize in barrel aged beers, NE IPAs, sour, and wild ales. The brewery runs on a Bridgetown Brew System 5 bbl brewhouse. This great American-made system feeds multiple tanks ranging from 3.5bbl to 10bbl. The brewery also has a custom- made coolship used to make its spontaneous and wild ales. These along with barrel aged beers require time to mature. You see the promise of future beers in our taproom barrel wall. Not only is it functional but provides a unique ambience.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Four Saints Brewing pays homage to the patron saints of beer, Saint Wenceslaus, Saint Nicholas, Saint Luke and Saint Augustine of Hippo. They\u2019ve become the most recognized patron saints for brewing and beer because of their contributions to and associations with the world\u2019s favorite sudsy beverage. Four Saints Founders Joel McClosky and Andrew Deming are carrying on the brewing tradition in the hopes of future sainthood, or at least to make some really good beer.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Front Street Brewery began producing award winning craft beer in June of 1995 on, you guessed it, Front Street in the heart of downtown.\u00a0The building had sat vacant from 1982 until 1994 when we breathed life back into this historic corridor.<\/p>\n Front Street Brewery is North Carolina\u2019s 7th brewery to open and Wilmington\u2019s longest operating brewery.
